2016 Library Summer Reading Program

"Reading Aerobics; Music, Fitness & Fun!"

Rick's "Reading Aerobics" music and puppet program is an upbeat and entertaining family concert that fits in well with New England's 2016 library summer reading theme "On Your Mark, Get Set, Read".

This program includes songs about books, reading, and libraries, as well as songs about sports and athletes and other fitness themes. It also features Rick's lively interactive movement songs so the audience will actually get some exercise when attending this performance.

Rick's performances feature singing and song-leading of original and familiar songs (with guitar accompaniment), movement activities, child-participation, and lots of silliness and fun for the whole family. They also include appearances by Rick's singing animal puppets Henry the Horse, Quackleberry Duck and others.
